Villager Hunting in Animal Crossing Part 2

Guys... I have the best luck villager hunting I'm not even going to lie. No I haven't found my dream villager Julian... but there are SO MANY great villagers that I got that I really wanted so I'm happy right now. This week Drift moved out- so Hamlet is my one and only Jock villager left and Sylvia moved out- so I have no sisterly villager.

Drift and Sylvia are great characters so when I was hunting this time I had a pretty narrow list... and I did kind of break it a little- but we'll get to that. I had a LIST I was going to stick to...

1- I need a snooty villager. My pick for Snooty was Whitney... Judy is really cute too... but I was going to say Whitney. Diana and Ankha were 2 others I really like but since Whitney is sort of a dog she'd be a good dog villager and then I'd feel like I could keep Sylvia for my sisterly villager.
2- I eventually want to get rid of Harry so I would like a different grumpy villager. Dobie, Apollo, Octavian and Admiral were my top picks for a grump.
3- I didn't know who exactly was leaving- but Sylvia is a sisterly villager and I do want a sisterly villager and a dog villager so Cherry would be kind of cool. I also like Phoebe for sisterly and hell- if Sylvia is on an island and she wants to move back in I'd gladly take her lol.
4- Julian is my #1 pick... but I would also definitely take Raymond home and then maybe say goodbye to Colton.
5- I know not many people like Anicotti- but she's my favorite villager so I really want to keep her.

So Drift has the thought bubble on his head and since I had 2 Jocks and I didn't think I really needed 2 Jocks- I said it was okay if he left. I time skipped to the next day to say bye while he packed his things and then I skipped another day to villager hunt.

When I villager hunt now- I've been wearing the same jacket that Julian wears and that's been pretty lucky so I've kept up with it. First villager- first ticket... IT'S JUDY! Omg... I was really excited to see Judy. I wasn't going to take her home- I was just going to take a picture with her. Then I saw her little face in the picture and went NOOO I NEED HER! So... she's on my island now.

Timeskipped again- was a little sad to see Sylvia wanting to leave- she was my first villager and I was just sort of getting used to the fact that Hamlet was the Jock that will be staying so it'd make sense for Sylvia to stay too... but It just seemed like it was meant to be. So I timeskipped another day to say goodbye and then another day to villager hunt.

And I had some good luck and then some not so good luck. I saw Marina... who I love and was kind of hoping for when Bea left because she's a normal villager also... but the girl to guy ratio on my island is a little off... so I was kind of looking for a male villager.

I also saw Drago! He's a dragon looking alligator and a very cool villager... just not who I was looking for.

I was starting to regret passing up Marina... actually more I was regretting doing this so late at night. So... yeah I was a little bit tired. I had used up my first 10 tickets... actually 9 tickets since I was still carrying the tickets from when I met Judy and I saw Admiral! He was on my list and he's just sooo funny looking!

So now I'm happy my Island is coming together! And it's even cooler that It isn't taking me too long to find these guys!

There might be a part 3 next week... but Idk if I'm going to hunt right away. Right now I have 2 grumpy villagers- which I don't want but... I also want to see how they interact with one another. Plus they're next door neighbors lol.

Bye!

Animal Crossing: So I played The Stalk Market and Did Some Villager Hunting

Alright guys... so last week I mentioned that I bought some turnips and this week I was able to sell them for a small profit but... it might make some of you guys a little mad. Also I spent some of my Nook Miles Tickets and I still didn't get my Unicorn- but I did get 2 characters I really love. Funny thing is- they weren't actually ones on the list I posted... but they make sense for me... and I'm really excited to have them on my island.

Okay so first Bea was still moving and I was like "You know what... I have time to play this game a lot tonight- I'm just going to time skip till she's moved out and villager hunt." And there are a lot of characters I like and a lot of characters I can move out to make room for new characters- so I had a pretty long list really... And I was FULLY PLANNING on writing down every villager I met and every type of island but... you'll see what happens.

The only types of villagers I wasn't really looking for were Lazy Villagers because I have Stitches and he's my favorite Lazy Villager... if I saw Sherb that would be hard to resist... but I definitely can't move out stitches. Also I have 2 Jock Characters and they're my 2 favorite Jock Characters- so even if I kick one of them out- I will probably still keep one of them rather than get another.

So first villager was Norma on a hill island with my native fruit and native flower. Alright... not bad... but not anyone I was looking for. She is a Normal Villager- which I do need and she's a pretty cute cow but I wanted someone a little better. Island #2... MERRY! I was so excited for Merry! She's a peppy cat with a little double chin and when you get her friendship poster she covers it... that's so funny and cute. I just really love her and I couldn't not bring her to the island!

So with that... I wanted to time skip because that's the easiest way to get villagers to move out. If you don't want to time skip just ignoring the villagers works and if you actually work on getting nook miles and buy a lot of tickets- chances are you'll ignore them and they'll see what you're doing so I think they'll get the hint. Also you might start to get some campsite visitors even if you don't have any vacant spots if you're missing one villager type because you're supposed to have one of each villager type. Like right now I don't have a Snooty Villager- so I saw a Snooty Bunny named Francine on my campsite a few days ago. She was cool but I didn't want her enough to kick someone else out.

Anyway- I had one problem with the idea of time skipping! MY TURNIPS! I really wanted to sell my turnips and profit off of them... and I knew if I traveled back in time it wouldn't work. So... I actually went to this Turnip Calculator to predict my turnip prices... and I just kept traveling in tim until I got better prices. I'm never going to do this again probably. I don't like time skipping and cheating but because I wanted to villager hunt a little more I wanted to time travel to kick someone out so... I needed to do that. I was losing hope when it went down from 39 bells to 35- I had missed the prices for tuesday night so I thought that's when it was best but... it did get better. The turnip calculator predicted Saturday for my highest price of the week so... I time skipped to Saturday and sold the turnips. Sorry guys! I'll do it honestly next week- I just wanted to use some more of my miles tickets.

Okay so now I sold them and I was free to time travel. I went to July... no one was out... I think I did too much beforehand because I squished all the cockroaches in my house... so yeah. I was hoping Victoria would want to move because now I have 3 peppy villagers- but nope. When I went to November Tex wanted to leave so I said goodbye to him because I have another Smug Villager and I was on the hunt for a Smug Villager.

So now I was pretty much mostly looking for Julian... but I didn't want to take a Jock Villager, didn't really want another lazy villager- but I do want a dog so I'd make an exception for Lucky... and now I could not take another peppy villager. I have 3 right now- I might keep 2 of them since I just moved Merry in... but yeah I couldn't move in someone else peppy right now.

So first villager was a really ugly gorilla. Wasn't interested second villager... AUDIE! OMG! So I was really excited to see her- I know EVERYONE wants Audie but to be honest I do like Merry more so I had to pass her up. I also kind of want Whitney or Dobie for a wolf villager and I don't mind having more than one of the same type of animal but... I'm trying to differentiate a little. I tried taking a picture with her... it didn't work that well but she's very cool.

So I was afraid I'd regret passing her up... I also saw Groucho I think... who is cool but he's not really who I'm looking for. So... yeah. But... It didn't take me too long... it was in my first 12 villagers that I saw Tia! Tia is a Normal villager- so a good replacement for Bea and Tia was one I thought looked really cool. She's an elephant that looks like a tea cup... She's one of the more popular villagers so... I was really happy to get her. Glad it didn't take that many tickets and it didn't take all that long.

So now I have Stiches, Merry, Tia, Sylvia, Hamlet, Drift, Harry, Victoria, Anicotti, and Colton. I need to kick out one of my Jocks because those 2 are my favorite jock villagers... but I don't need two... and I definitely don't need 3 peppy villagers. I think the only villager type I need now is Snooty and I'm kind of hoping for Whitney. I like Diana too and Judy is very cute but idk if I want another cub because I have stitches and he's the cutest! I really want Julian, I kinda want Raymond... I want another dog too- possibly Bea again because she was cute I just didn't like her house that much and I think it might be updated if I see her again. I want to move Harry out and get Admiral, Dobie, Apollo, Bruce or Octavian. I think Admiral or Dobie would be my top 2 picks for the grumpy. Stitches, Merry and Tia are definitely here to stay... I also want Colton to stay because of him and Julian obviously... so yeah. Sylvia I like more than most of the other sisterly characters... I do want a dog though- so I would maybe move her out for Cherry... but idk. There are so many villagers I want... it's hard to chose. But I can kind of narrow it down a little more at least and... yeah.

So that is everything! I'm sorry I time traveled! Hopefully I have a better look at the Stalk Market next week when I play the right way... but this was fun and some really good luck!

Bye!

The Cozy Princess is About Magic and Love

So I've discussed the recent social injustice and unrest on my other 2 blogs and I want to address some issues here to- I don't really think this is the place where I will post everything...but I can't not address some of my thoughts... especially when some things that have happened recently do kind of have to do with some things I talk about on this blog.

JK Rowling is one of my favorite authors- Harry Potter is a big important part of my childhood and my life as a whole... however JK Rowling recently tweeted very insensitive things about the trans community and I don't agree with her and I don't stand with her.

I do stand with the Black Lives Matter movement. Disney has also pledged to donate 5 million dollars to help with social justice and they've started by donating 2 Million Dollars to the NAACP.

I've written this more at length on my beauty blog because I feel like these problems are something the youtube beauty community should really be addressing problems and holding influencers more accountable for their actions. I just wanted to address the JK Rowling issues here because I do still plan to talk about Harry Potter on this blog from time to time- I may read more from JK Rowling and continue watching the Fantastic Beasts movies- I just can't respect her the same way that I once did.

So that is everything. This blog isn't really a place for real world issues- but I also can't ignore issues that I care about deeply.

Bye!

Animal Crossing Guide... GRINDING for Nook Miles Tickets

So I think once a week or so I'll have some sort of animal crossing guide on this blog.... I don't know that I'll always be as consistent at playing animal crossing as I am right now... but I'm going to try to keep playing when I'm back at work and when things are back to normal. At least a little bit every day or every few days.

As you might be able to tell from last weeks post- there are some villagers I'm kind of eyeing and so I've been gaining Nook Miles Tickets in case I could get someone to move out. And in doing this... Bea asked me to move out... and she's a very cute dog but I said it was okay for her to move... so I'm going to be looking this week for someone and I'm excited.

But anyway I've been doing all of the Nook Miles Tasks I can this week to try to get more miles to get tickets for mystery island tours... This isn't the easiest way to get Nook Miles Tickets. You could trade with other players to get them, you could buy them on Ebay or something... I don't think I can do either of those things because I don't have Nintendo Online... but if you do and you want to go this route- it might be easier... You could also probably buy the character that you want with enough Nook Miles tickets but... this is kind of a fun way to do it. There are no events or anything going on in animal crossing right now so there's not a lot to do otherwise... so this is kind of how I've been having fun with it!

At first I kind of thought "This is a lot of work and I've been doing this for days and I still don't really have many tickets." But I've also earned a lot of bells this way and it is kind of a fun way to play. Plus if you do it before someone moves out... you'll probably be able to move them out easier. I didn't time travel at all for this- I just kind of ignored my villagers a bit since I was busy trying to get Nook Miles... so I guess that might have helped the process. Plus villagers notice when you're on your phone a lot and I think they know you're up to something that could possibly kick them out... so I feel like they get the idea.

Here's how I kind of recommend doing it... Have some items in your inventory like fruit or shells because those are the tasks a lot of the time. Sometimes they ask you to spend your bells, for that I'd say Customization Kits, Flowers and trees are good to buy because they ask you to plant flowers and trees and customize things. So if there's nothing at the shop that you want to buy or nothing at The Able Sister's shop that you want to buy- this is what I'd say. Every Once and a while I'll buy one of the special tools that are in the shop but... those last just as long as the ones you can craft so... I feel like that's not the most useful thing to buy.

So yeah that's about everything. Another update I have for you guys is that I FINALLY GOT TURNIPS! I guess I've never been up early enough... I think the only time I did wake up early and play was Easter and idk if I just didn't see Daisy Mae with Zipper T Bunny or whatever... but yeah. I'm excited- next week's post will be all about my turnip selling... I'm excited about that but it might not be interesting because I'm so behind as far as Turnips go! I'll also post a blog about my villager hunt... maybe that will be next week's post and Turnips will be the following week! Not sure... whichever one I get to write and finish first will be next week's post... and I have a 5 star Island but there are still a lot of  things I need to improve on... so yeah. I'll maybe post on that... but idk if I can share pictures of it so... I'm not sure how useful it will be.

Anyway that's about it! Hope you guys like it!

Bye!
