ALL OF MY WANDAVISION THEORIES *SPOILERS*

Okay... I've seen every episode of Wandavision at least twice. 1) I absolutely love it 2) I have some theories...

Alright I watch a LOT of breakdown videos on youtube also... and my ideas aren't all that different from what other people are saying... but I think I have my own spin on things... and I have some insider information of New Jersey Geography that might be helpful in uncovering the villain.

OK so I- like many other people- believe the villain of the show is Mephisto. Did I know who Mephisto was before seeing the show? No- but I'm pretty sure that Agnes is Agatha Harkness and that she is working for Mephisto- who might be the unseen man she mentions every episode "her husband Ralph"... so yeah that's a little strange.

Why I'm POSITIVE it's Mephisto? The Geography. I forget exactly what the exit is on the show but when I was watching it with my dad he noticed it right away as being south of Bricktown- near the Pine Barrens. The Pine Barrens are home to none other than the Jersey Devil... so that makes me think Mephisto is the big bad of the show and I definitely think he's working with Agnes.

I think we'll learn some more about Agnes in the Halloween episode- which is coming out on Friday. Why I'm sure that she is also in on everything is her "Should we take it from the top" comment when Vision doesn't allow her to hold the babies- but she knows Wanda wants her to hold the babies. Also- Wanda is getting a little more "comfortable" being herself around Agnes and Vision is getting more and more suspicious around Agnes... in the preview for the halloween episode we see vision reading her mind like he did with Norm at the office. It was strange.

Also when Vision got into Norm's head... Norm doesn't say "Wanda is torturing us. Wanda is doing this to us." he says "SHE" is doing this to us... which makes me think it's NOT Wanda. She could mean anyone. Plus Wanda seems very genuine when she says "I didn't even know that I was doing this." and that she didn't know that Pietro was coming to the house... which I also need to get to.

Evan Peters... I don't think is the same Pietro that is Wanda's brother. She has her Sokovian accent when he enters and at different points in the show... but Peters never does... which seems suspicious... also his comment about "Squeezing his sister to death" seemed... odd.

Other villains? Obviously Hayward! He IMMEDIATELY casts the blame on Wanda and... it seems suspicious. Plus his awards in his office are arranged in a hexagonal shape... which is suspicious. ANDDD he blames Wanda for violating Vision's living will for not using his body to make weapons... BUT he's clearly doing the same thing with Sword. I don't think he's Mephisto or anyone really really bad... but he's certainly villainous. I think he could possibly be a bigger villain introduced in the rumored Jimmy Wu spinoff... and I don't think he'll be going anywhere anytime soon... BUT he's a bad guy I'm pretty sure. Possibly a terrorist- based off of the editing of the Hayward's a D--- getting cut off with hayward saying "terrorist." Plus he was trying to make a weapon from Vision's body... it's weird.

There's also a theme of animals in all of the episodes. There's the lobster's in episode 1, the bunny in episode 2, the stork in episode 3 and 4 and there's a tiger toy in episode 5 after Agnes refers to herself as Tiger. I think these are how Agnes is spying on the family. And it makes sense for most of these as Agnes brings over the lobsters, gives them the bunny (named Senor Scratchy... which is believed to be a reference to Old Scratch being the name of the devil). The Stork is a bit harder to point to her... but I still think it could be. And then there's Sparky the dog... who I don't think Agnes controls... but I think he's onto Agnes and that's why he "eats Agnes's hydrangeas."and dies. One of the twins was teaching him to speak- and you could see him putting the treat up to his head- because of his powers... he was going to teach him to actually speak and Agnes thinks that the dog will tell whatever he saw... which I think is also when Agnes creates the distraction of Pietro for Wanda and vision.

There's also news of a big cameo similar to the cameo in The Mandalorian. That could just mean Evan Peters as Quicksilver/ Pietro... but I feel like maybe someone bigger could be coming. I'm thinking it could be Magneto from the X Men movies. I'm not quite sure... but I feel like that's what things are pointing towards.

I think whatever it is... this will be important for the rest of Phase 4 and the upcoming movies. Especially knowing that Wanda is in Doctor Strange 2... possibly playing a villain... but I think more likely taking on the "Thor" role in Avengers as being the only person with experience beating the big bad of that movie.

What do you guys think? Are you excited to find out what's going on? I can't wait for this show every week!

Cozymas: Favorite Moments in Christmas Movies

Alright- I know I've talked about Christmas Movies a lot this year... but here are my favorite parts of some of my faves.

1) The Santa Clause 2

Weird to start with a sequel right? But... this is the scene that made me think of this post... so I need to start here.

So Scott Clark aka Tim Allen AKA Santa Clause finds out he has to get married in order to continue being santa clause. He's still good friends with his ex wife and she sets him up on a blind date with her friend... who just so happens to love Santa and Christmas... so it's intense. Anyway she says she likes to sing Country Western Music and then sings a Christmas rendition of Shania Twain's "Man, I feel like a woman." It's so funny. Molly Shannon does a great job and Tim Allen's reactions are just so funny. It's really worth watching the movie for that scene.

2) The Mafia Movie in Home Alone 2

Home Alone 1 is really great and I'm watching it right now... but Home Alone 2 has THE FUNNIEST SCENE! When Kevin is watching the Christmas version of the Mafia Movie from the first movie. And later on while the hotel staff is suspicious of Kevin- he decides to go with the movie trick to get them out. It's important to know... Tim Curry and Rob Schnieder are in Home Alone 2. Anyway so he plays the part and it sounds like Tim Curry has been smoochin with everyone in the neighborhood. It's so funny to see his reaction. Especially when they say he was smoochin with Clark... which just happens to be the name of someone else on the hotel staff. Tim Curry's reactions in this scene just totally make the movie... it's so funny!

3) The Prison Break in The Christmas Chronicles

Idk why- but when Santa sings in the prison in The Christmas Chronicles... it just makes me really happy.

4) You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch- This always makes me laugh.

5) "I'M CUTE! I'M CUTE! SHE THINKS I'M CUUUUUTTTTTE!" from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer- No real reason in particular- I just like this part because EVERY YEAR without fail my dog Spencer barks at this scene.

I had others... but I'm too tired to list them right now lol. I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas! I think I'll try doing the full 12 days... but if I end at 11 this year... MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Cozymas Day 10: That Time I Went To New York On Christmas To See Elf The Musical

Okay so when Elf the Musical first came out my sister and I really wanted to see it but we had trouble finding tickets... but my sister was able to buy some ON CHRISTMAS DAY!

So that was a bit of a weird Christmas. I was still at home in the morning and got to spend time with my family and open my presents... but then we went on a train and went to New York and spent Christmas there!

So it was just me and my sister and we ate at Times Square... and it was kind of bizarre to see the city with no people! When the shutdown first happened this year and they showed the empty streets of New York it reminded me of seeing what it looked like on Christmas Day. It wasn't that empty of corse... but there weren't many people when we looked outside the restaurant.

And the restaurant we went to was really good. My sister found something that had Chicken and Waffles on the menu so that we could eat Chicken and Waffles for Christmas... it was really really good.

And then we went to the play which was amazing! I saw Elf the first and second year that it was on Broadway and Both of the Buddy's were amazing! The music was really great and seeing it on Christmas was really nice and magical. I don't know that I'd ever see a musical on Christmas again... but it was a fun experience and I totally forgot to talk about this in my last post about New York at Christmas.

It was especially good that we went out this Christmas because there was a HUGE BLIZZARD in New Jersey and I didn't get out anywhere for the next week because my street is always the last to get plowed and the last to get power after a power outage. All my friends were hanging out and they were like "Sorry we can't pick you up because of the snow." So... it sucked. So I was glad to at least get one day out of the house.

OHHH And I should mention that they had specialty drinks there too! I was under 21 the first time I saw it and they could make all the drinks non alcoholic so I had a drink called the Swirly Twirly Gumdrop... which I kind of want to make at home. I forget what it had in it... but the next time I went I was over 21 and had the alcoholic version and that was great also!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 9: Godmothered Movie Review

Okay... so Godmothered. Did I like this movie? Yes. Did it make that much sense... No. Was it a Christmas Movie? Weirdly it didn't seem like one but it kind of was? Let's talk about this.

So Jillian Bell plays Eleanor- an up and coming fairy Godmother that... is both an over achiever but not really liked by any of the other Fairy Godmothers. And I have to admit... I do not understand how the Fairy Godmother universe works in this movie. Maybe I missed something at the beginning... but I just don't get it? It makes it seem like kids write letters to fairy godmothers... and they just stopped so the Godmother world is in trouble but... as a kid I've never really thought "Hey I need a fairy Godmother" even with The Fairly Oddparents being a big thing... Idk it's just seemed weird. Anyway Eleanor finds a letter from a little girl named Mackenzie that as it turns out is an old letter that hasn't been seen. And Mackenzie is a grown up now and Eleanor still insists on helping her.

So Mackenzie's kids instantly like Eleanor and she does help her out... although her magic skills aren't always the greatest. It's a cute movie that makes you feel good and the chemistry between Jillian Bell and Isla Fisher is really good. They both work really well off of each other and they're both just really funny. I thought they kind of made the movie.

The Christmas background of this movie... didn't really add anything to the movie. I liked it- I like Boston and seeing it in the snow without having to walk in the snow is really really great. It... was a little weird that this is kind of a Christmas movie now... but it was alright.

So overall... this is a good movie. I'd recommend watching it and I would watch it again but... it's not my favorite movie and I feel like it's a bit weird... So... those are my thoughts and I hope you like it!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 8: The Best Movie Santas!

Okay- so here is my list of the best movie Santas and which ones kind of help form my idea of Santa and The North Pole. This is in No Particular Order.

1) Tim Allen The Santa Clause- It's funny because I kind of remember when this movie came out... I might have seen it in theaters although I was very little and I think I fell asleep... but I remember kind of thinking "Really? The guy from Home Improvement is Santa?" And he actually did a fantastic job. He's just kind of the perfect Santa! And it's funny because Scott Calvin is reluctant and then he takes the job and he really loves it. It's a funny movie to watch.

I also like the world of this Santa Clause. I think the North Pole is really good... I love in the third movie when they have to pretend that it's Canada. I like that Santa sort of has a secret identity in Scott Calvin. It's a good concept! I like it a lot!

2) Kurt Russel The Christmas Chronicles- This is another good way of showing Santa. He's not your traditional Jolly, Fat Santa Clause... he's a slim and somewhat grumpy santa... but he's still really good. You get to see how Santa gets to all the houses in one night- he has a magic hat! That's how I think it probably works. Plus the different time zones probably make it easier for Santa to figure out where he's going. The elves are really cute in this too and they speak their own language. This is just a fun, feel good movie.

3) Ed Asner Elf- So this isn't really a Santa Clause movie... but this is how I think Santa's sleigh works. It runs on Christmas Spirit of corse and the end scene of this movie... it really gives you Christmas Spirit. My dad doesn't watch many movies or tv shows- but he even sits down if I'm watching this one- especially if it's at the end. So if it gives my dad Christmas Spirit... you know it's a good one!

4) Mickey Rooney Santa Clause is Coming To Town- Okay... so I like this movie a lot... I don't think this is a good origin story for Santa Though. It all makes sense and it answers all the questions from the beginning of the movie which I think is great... but I feel like the ending... is a little lazy. They just say the  villains of the movie just die out over time and toys become legal... which is still kind of jarring for kids to hear I guess and... idk it's just kind of not the best.

5) Anna Kendrick Noelle- I like this movie a lot! I really like Noelle as Santa... but... I'm not sure this is how I picture the North Pole. I really liked it- but there's a moment at the beginning of the movie where Noelle says she gets a Kringle Discount at stores in the North Pole... I don't think I like that. These small businesses in the North Pole could really be hurting because they're giving the people in charge a discount... seems off to me. I liked the joke and the  line... but thinking about it more it seems a little corrupt. Plus people are very against her being Santa and she clearly should be Santa so... idk. It's not exactly how I picture the North Pole... but it isn't a bad movie and she's not a bad santa.

I could porbably talk about more... but these are 5 movies that came to mind... and I just thought I'd talk about them now!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 7: Christmas In Other Places... Disney and New York

I'm a little sad because I usually went to New York at Christmastime at least once a year since my niece was born... and we missed it last year and we aren't going this year... so it's a little bit sad.

And while it's not that far and I know a lot of people have experienced it... or maybe something like it... but it's something a little different I thought I could talk about.

So we try to go to Macy's to see Santa- at least every year since my niece was born and it's really cute. They have a Santaland set up- so it really looks like you're going to the North Pole- which is really fun. And you can get a Button that says "I Met Santa" which is really cute too. It's just a fun experience and all the elves working there are very nice, helpful and keep the spirit alive. Of corse they know Santa's sleigh runs on Christmas Spirit and believing in Santa so they make sure everyone believes in Santa. It's really nice.

And then usually we go to the Christmas Markets after- which are really fun too. I got a nice hat from The Strand there and some stickers of David Bowie and Lin Manuel Miranda... which are really cool and I still have them on my laptop!

That's pretty much everything. One year we went on the train- and that was really fun because my niece loved trains at the time and she was so excited the whole ride up to see Santa- and we got some fun family pictures.

It's been a while since I've seen the Rockafellar City Christmas Tree or the Christmas Show. The last time I saw the tree was in college and that was a lot of fun. I also went to the city with my boyfriend a couple of years ago and that was fun too. We went to a book store that he liked and the Disney Store and a pop up Rilakkuma store. It was really fun to see everything at christmastime even if we didn't do anything christmas-y.

And then the time I went to Disney like right before Thanksgiving! This was for my Senior Trip in High School and it was really fun! Each of the parks had a really nice tree display. I didn't actually see it- but the Osborne family Spectacle of lights was at Downtown Disney(before Disney Springs) and that was fun.

It was also fun to see the Lights on the Castle and all the stores with their holiday merch. I really had fun and there was some extra magic even though we didn't do the Christmas Party and they didn't have all of the same offerings that they have in recent years.

Okay- so that is my experience with Christmas in other places. There's something pretty magical about it!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 6: The BEST Christmas Songs That Remind Me of Childhood

Okay... so there are good Christmas songs, and then there are THE BEST Christmas songs and for me those are the ones that specifically remind me of my childhood. When those play- I can't help but smile and laugh. It's just... the best feeling. Sometimes I cry because sometimes Christmas Songs make me emotional... but I just really like these songs specifically.

Alright so first and foremost... You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch by Thurl Ravenscroft. So I did some digging because I wasn't sure whether he did the music for it or if he did the singing- and he actually went uncredited for the vocals of this song. I think my mom thought it was Boris Karloff until today- when we saw it said Thurl Ravenscroft... which is an awesome name. He is also one of the singing Busts in The Haunted Mansion and did voices for several Disney movies and attractions. He also voiced Tony The Tiger for more than 50 years... which is insane.

Anyway sorry... I'll post more of that on my Thurl Ravenscroft fan blog... anyway I really like this song- not just because of Thurl's iconic voice and amazing vocals... but it's just SO FUNNY! It's like a song full of one liners just dissing The Grinch for stealing Christmas... it's also a little mischievous and just a really fun song. It always makes me smile.

Next up is Silver and Gold by Burl Ives... and really any of the songs by Burl Ive's from Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. This song I think is my favorite just because I think Yukon Cornelius is my favorite character. Plus I love Christmas Trees and the silver and gold decorations are very pretty. And it's just kind of a nice side song from the main plot of the movie. Holly Jolly Christmas also makes me happy... but Silver and Gold is my favorite.

Next up I think my favorite version of All I Want For Christmas Is You is not ACTUALLY the Mariah Carey version... but it is ACTUALLY the version from Love Actually... I just really like that movie and the girl singing it was so young at the time and so talented I was just really happy for her. She got to perform on Oprah and everything. It's great. She's probably older than me now... I guess she was older than me then also but still... it's cute and it just makes me excited. We play that version at the store I work at and it makes me happy.

And I think Michael Buble's Jingle Bells is my favorite version of Jingle Bells. I like his songs a lot... but Jingle Bells by him just sounds fun and it's just a good one. It doesn't really remind me of being a kid- but it kind of makes me feel like a kid.

Also... basically any song from a cartoon or anything. They just make me happy. Marley and Marley from Muppet Christmas Carol, It Feels Like Christmas from Muppet Christmas Carol, the songs from Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol... there are so many good ones. Where are you Christmas is a good one from the Jim Carey Grinch... that's not a favorite song of mine really- but I know a lot of people who have that as their favorite Christmas song. Believe from Josh Groban is a good song... but it's not one of my favorites. I don't love the movie The Polar Express... so yeah.

Ohhh Feliz Navidad is also a fun song. I always get happy when I hear that one. I heard it today and I love it lol.

ALL OF MY WANDAVISION THEORIES *SPOILERS*

Okay... I've seen every episode of Wandavision at least twice. 1) I absolutely love it 2) I have some theories...  Alright I watch a LO...
