Cozymas: Favorite Moments in Christmas Movies

Alright- I know I've talked about Christmas Movies a lot this year... but here are my favorite parts of some of my faves.

1) The Santa Clause 2

Weird to start with a sequel right? But... this is the scene that made me think of this post... so I need to start here.

So Scott Clark aka Tim Allen AKA Santa Clause finds out he has to get married in order to continue being santa clause. He's still good friends with his ex wife and she sets him up on a blind date with her friend... who just so happens to love Santa and Christmas... so it's intense. Anyway she says she likes to sing Country Western Music and then sings a Christmas rendition of Shania Twain's "Man, I feel like a woman." It's so funny. Molly Shannon does a great job and Tim Allen's reactions are just so funny. It's really worth watching the movie for that scene.

2) The Mafia Movie in Home Alone 2

Home Alone 1 is really great and I'm watching it right now... but Home Alone 2 has THE FUNNIEST SCENE! When Kevin is watching the Christmas version of the Mafia Movie from the first movie. And later on while the hotel staff is suspicious of Kevin- he decides to go with the movie trick to get them out. It's important to know... Tim Curry and Rob Schnieder are in Home Alone 2. Anyway so he plays the part and it sounds like Tim Curry has been smoochin with everyone in the neighborhood. It's so funny to see his reaction. Especially when they say he was smoochin with Clark... which just happens to be the name of someone else on the hotel staff. Tim Curry's reactions in this scene just totally make the movie... it's so funny!

3) The Prison Break in The Christmas Chronicles

Idk why- but when Santa sings in the prison in The Christmas Chronicles... it just makes me really happy.

4) You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch- This always makes me laugh.

5) "I'M CUTE! I'M CUTE! SHE THINKS I'M CUUUUUTTTTTE!" from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer- No real reason in particular- I just like this part because EVERY YEAR without fail my dog Spencer barks at this scene.

I had others... but I'm too tired to list them right now lol. I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas! I think I'll try doing the full 12 days... but if I end at 11 this year... MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Cozymas Day 10: That Time I Went To New York On Christmas To See Elf The Musical

Okay so when Elf the Musical first came out my sister and I really wanted to see it but we had trouble finding tickets... but my sister was able to buy some ON CHRISTMAS DAY!

So that was a bit of a weird Christmas. I was still at home in the morning and got to spend time with my family and open my presents... but then we went on a train and went to New York and spent Christmas there!

So it was just me and my sister and we ate at Times Square... and it was kind of bizarre to see the city with no people! When the shutdown first happened this year and they showed the empty streets of New York it reminded me of seeing what it looked like on Christmas Day. It wasn't that empty of corse... but there weren't many people when we looked outside the restaurant.

And the restaurant we went to was really good. My sister found something that had Chicken and Waffles on the menu so that we could eat Chicken and Waffles for Christmas... it was really really good.

And then we went to the play which was amazing! I saw Elf the first and second year that it was on Broadway and Both of the Buddy's were amazing! The music was really great and seeing it on Christmas was really nice and magical. I don't know that I'd ever see a musical on Christmas again... but it was a fun experience and I totally forgot to talk about this in my last post about New York at Christmas.

It was especially good that we went out this Christmas because there was a HUGE BLIZZARD in New Jersey and I didn't get out anywhere for the next week because my street is always the last to get plowed and the last to get power after a power outage. All my friends were hanging out and they were like "Sorry we can't pick you up because of the snow." So... it sucked. So I was glad to at least get one day out of the house.

OHHH And I should mention that they had specialty drinks there too! I was under 21 the first time I saw it and they could make all the drinks non alcoholic so I had a drink called the Swirly Twirly Gumdrop... which I kind of want to make at home. I forget what it had in it... but the next time I went I was over 21 and had the alcoholic version and that was great also!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 9: Godmothered Movie Review

Okay... so Godmothered. Did I like this movie? Yes. Did it make that much sense... No. Was it a Christmas Movie? Weirdly it didn't seem like one but it kind of was? Let's talk about this.

So Jillian Bell plays Eleanor- an up and coming fairy Godmother that... is both an over achiever but not really liked by any of the other Fairy Godmothers. And I have to admit... I do not understand how the Fairy Godmother universe works in this movie. Maybe I missed something at the beginning... but I just don't get it? It makes it seem like kids write letters to fairy godmothers... and they just stopped so the Godmother world is in trouble but... as a kid I've never really thought "Hey I need a fairy Godmother" even with The Fairly Oddparents being a big thing... Idk it's just seemed weird. Anyway Eleanor finds a letter from a little girl named Mackenzie that as it turns out is an old letter that hasn't been seen. And Mackenzie is a grown up now and Eleanor still insists on helping her.

So Mackenzie's kids instantly like Eleanor and she does help her out... although her magic skills aren't always the greatest. It's a cute movie that makes you feel good and the chemistry between Jillian Bell and Isla Fisher is really good. They both work really well off of each other and they're both just really funny. I thought they kind of made the movie.

The Christmas background of this movie... didn't really add anything to the movie. I liked it- I like Boston and seeing it in the snow without having to walk in the snow is really really great. It... was a little weird that this is kind of a Christmas movie now... but it was alright.

So overall... this is a good movie. I'd recommend watching it and I would watch it again but... it's not my favorite movie and I feel like it's a bit weird... So... those are my thoughts and I hope you like it!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 8: The Best Movie Santas!

Okay- so here is my list of the best movie Santas and which ones kind of help form my idea of Santa and The North Pole. This is in No Particular Order.

1) Tim Allen The Santa Clause- It's funny because I kind of remember when this movie came out... I might have seen it in theaters although I was very little and I think I fell asleep... but I remember kind of thinking "Really? The guy from Home Improvement is Santa?" And he actually did a fantastic job. He's just kind of the perfect Santa! And it's funny because Scott Calvin is reluctant and then he takes the job and he really loves it. It's a funny movie to watch.

I also like the world of this Santa Clause. I think the North Pole is really good... I love in the third movie when they have to pretend that it's Canada. I like that Santa sort of has a secret identity in Scott Calvin. It's a good concept! I like it a lot!

2) Kurt Russel The Christmas Chronicles- This is another good way of showing Santa. He's not your traditional Jolly, Fat Santa Clause... he's a slim and somewhat grumpy santa... but he's still really good. You get to see how Santa gets to all the houses in one night- he has a magic hat! That's how I think it probably works. Plus the different time zones probably make it easier for Santa to figure out where he's going. The elves are really cute in this too and they speak their own language. This is just a fun, feel good movie.

3) Ed Asner Elf- So this isn't really a Santa Clause movie... but this is how I think Santa's sleigh works. It runs on Christmas Spirit of corse and the end scene of this movie... it really gives you Christmas Spirit. My dad doesn't watch many movies or tv shows- but he even sits down if I'm watching this one- especially if it's at the end. So if it gives my dad Christmas Spirit... you know it's a good one!

4) Mickey Rooney Santa Clause is Coming To Town- Okay... so I like this movie a lot... I don't think this is a good origin story for Santa Though. It all makes sense and it answers all the questions from the beginning of the movie which I think is great... but I feel like the ending... is a little lazy. They just say the  villains of the movie just die out over time and toys become legal... which is still kind of jarring for kids to hear I guess and... idk it's just kind of not the best.

5) Anna Kendrick Noelle- I like this movie a lot! I really like Noelle as Santa... but... I'm not sure this is how I picture the North Pole. I really liked it- but there's a moment at the beginning of the movie where Noelle says she gets a Kringle Discount at stores in the North Pole... I don't think I like that. These small businesses in the North Pole could really be hurting because they're giving the people in charge a discount... seems off to me. I liked the joke and the  line... but thinking about it more it seems a little corrupt. Plus people are very against her being Santa and she clearly should be Santa so... idk. It's not exactly how I picture the North Pole... but it isn't a bad movie and she's not a bad santa.

I could porbably talk about more... but these are 5 movies that came to mind... and I just thought I'd talk about them now!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 7: Christmas In Other Places... Disney and New York

I'm a little sad because I usually went to New York at Christmastime at least once a year since my niece was born... and we missed it last year and we aren't going this year... so it's a little bit sad.

And while it's not that far and I know a lot of people have experienced it... or maybe something like it... but it's something a little different I thought I could talk about.

So we try to go to Macy's to see Santa- at least every year since my niece was born and it's really cute. They have a Santaland set up- so it really looks like you're going to the North Pole- which is really fun. And you can get a Button that says "I Met Santa" which is really cute too. It's just a fun experience and all the elves working there are very nice, helpful and keep the spirit alive. Of corse they know Santa's sleigh runs on Christmas Spirit and believing in Santa so they make sure everyone believes in Santa. It's really nice.

And then usually we go to the Christmas Markets after- which are really fun too. I got a nice hat from The Strand there and some stickers of David Bowie and Lin Manuel Miranda... which are really cool and I still have them on my laptop!

That's pretty much everything. One year we went on the train- and that was really fun because my niece loved trains at the time and she was so excited the whole ride up to see Santa- and we got some fun family pictures.

It's been a while since I've seen the Rockafellar City Christmas Tree or the Christmas Show. The last time I saw the tree was in college and that was a lot of fun. I also went to the city with my boyfriend a couple of years ago and that was fun too. We went to a book store that he liked and the Disney Store and a pop up Rilakkuma store. It was really fun to see everything at christmastime even if we didn't do anything christmas-y.

And then the time I went to Disney like right before Thanksgiving! This was for my Senior Trip in High School and it was really fun! Each of the parks had a really nice tree display. I didn't actually see it- but the Osborne family Spectacle of lights was at Downtown Disney(before Disney Springs) and that was fun.

It was also fun to see the Lights on the Castle and all the stores with their holiday merch. I really had fun and there was some extra magic even though we didn't do the Christmas Party and they didn't have all of the same offerings that they have in recent years.

Okay- so that is my experience with Christmas in other places. There's something pretty magical about it!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 6: The BEST Christmas Songs That Remind Me of Childhood

Okay... so there are good Christmas songs, and then there are THE BEST Christmas songs and for me those are the ones that specifically remind me of my childhood. When those play- I can't help but smile and laugh. It's just... the best feeling. Sometimes I cry because sometimes Christmas Songs make me emotional... but I just really like these songs specifically.

Alright so first and foremost... You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch by Thurl Ravenscroft. So I did some digging because I wasn't sure whether he did the music for it or if he did the singing- and he actually went uncredited for the vocals of this song. I think my mom thought it was Boris Karloff until today- when we saw it said Thurl Ravenscroft... which is an awesome name. He is also one of the singing Busts in The Haunted Mansion and did voices for several Disney movies and attractions. He also voiced Tony The Tiger for more than 50 years... which is insane.

Anyway sorry... I'll post more of that on my Thurl Ravenscroft fan blog... anyway I really like this song- not just because of Thurl's iconic voice and amazing vocals... but it's just SO FUNNY! It's like a song full of one liners just dissing The Grinch for stealing Christmas... it's also a little mischievous and just a really fun song. It always makes me smile.

Next up is Silver and Gold by Burl Ives... and really any of the songs by Burl Ive's from Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. This song I think is my favorite just because I think Yukon Cornelius is my favorite character. Plus I love Christmas Trees and the silver and gold decorations are very pretty. And it's just kind of a nice side song from the main plot of the movie. Holly Jolly Christmas also makes me happy... but Silver and Gold is my favorite.

Next up I think my favorite version of All I Want For Christmas Is You is not ACTUALLY the Mariah Carey version... but it is ACTUALLY the version from Love Actually... I just really like that movie and the girl singing it was so young at the time and so talented I was just really happy for her. She got to perform on Oprah and everything. It's great. She's probably older than me now... I guess she was older than me then also but still... it's cute and it just makes me excited. We play that version at the store I work at and it makes me happy.

And I think Michael Buble's Jingle Bells is my favorite version of Jingle Bells. I like his songs a lot... but Jingle Bells by him just sounds fun and it's just a good one. It doesn't really remind me of being a kid- but it kind of makes me feel like a kid.

Also... basically any song from a cartoon or anything. They just make me happy. Marley and Marley from Muppet Christmas Carol, It Feels Like Christmas from Muppet Christmas Carol, the songs from Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol... there are so many good ones. Where are you Christmas is a good one from the Jim Carey Grinch... that's not a favorite song of mine really- but I know a lot of people who have that as their favorite Christmas song. Believe from Josh Groban is a good song... but it's not one of my favorites. I don't love the movie The Polar Express... so yeah.

Ohhh Feliz Navidad is also a fun song. I always get happy when I hear that one. I heard it today and I love it lol.

Blogmas Day 5: 5 Reasons The Nightmare Before Christmas is A CHRISTMAS Movie

So... I love The Nightmare Before Christmas as much as the next guy... but there's some debate... is it a Christmas Movie or a Halloween movie? And really- it is both. You can watch it on Halloween and love it- watch it at Christmas and love it. Watch it on March 27th- I don't really care. You're still going to see this and love it... but if you were to say "SHANNON, IT'S UP TO YOU. YOU MUST PICK ONE." I'd say a Christmas Movie... Here's Why!

1) It's Claymation

How many Claymation Halloween movies do you know... actually don't answer that there are a bunch... but if there is a Claymation Santa Clause... It's a Christmas Movie. Rudolph, Santa Clause is Coming To Town, The Year Without A Santa Clause... all famous claymation Christmas Movies that have Santa. This is no different.

2) It Starts After Halloween

The movie Actually only has One Song and a few moments of Halloween in it. The rest of the movie starts November 1st- December 25th. This is actually my favorite part of the Holiday Season. In Retail it seems that August- New Years is all one big holiday. We usually have enough stuff for a Christmas section of the store before Halloween even starts. This gives it the feeling of one big holiday and that's actually kind of what I like about it. Plus I love the anticipation before Christmas more than Christmas itself sometimes.

3) Jack goes through the arc of a Christmas Character

Alright this is kind of a stretch but I always felt the story of Jack Skellington is a Christmas Story. He discovers Christmas and he wants a Christmas of his own and he wants that for his friends in Halloweentown too. And he loves Christmas but he can't really explain what he loves about it... which is kind of beautiful. And the rest of his friends experience the same thing and... it's nice that Jack gets that for them.

4) Snow

The Snowy scenes in this movie are so beautiful and they're kind of the heart of the movie. I think that makes it a Christmas Movie For Sure!

5) Let The Halloween People Have a Christmas Movie

This movie is somewhat worshipped by goths and emo kids... is it just because Pete Wentz has Nightmare Before Christmas Tattoos? Maybe... but it's also because sometimes even the halloween people need a Christmas Movie and it's fun to have something that gives the best of both.

And there you have it! 5 Reasons The Nightmare before CHRISTMAS is a CHRISTMAS movie. I could probably come up with more but... then it wouldn't be 5 lol.

Bye!

Cozymas Day 4: Disney Plusmas- the Best Christmas Movies To Watch on Disney Plus!

Alright guys... this is a Disney Blog and I've gotta talk about some of the best things to watch on Disney Plus during the holidays.

So first off... probably my favorites right now- these are not Classic Disney Movies- but they are classic movies that Disney now owns, it is of corse Home Alone and Home Alone 2 Lost In New York. I had never really paid much attention to these movies growing up for some reason... but now omg I can't get enough of these. Whenever it's on I pretty much sit down and watch the whole thing and then the sequel. I just watched it last night and even though I prefer Home Alone 2... I wasn't going to sit down to watch it because I had to work early in the morning and it ended at midnight and I didn't really want to stay up that late... but... I couldn't resist it's just SO FUNNY! I usually watch it with my boyfriend or with my mom and I watched it with my mom last night and she started to CRACK UP LAUGHING at the part where Kevin played the movie for the hotel staff and it said "You were smoochin with my brother last night" and Tim Curry just looked so surprised and said "No... I wasn't." They're both just so good and so funny.

Another One that was made for Disney Plus is Noelle... actually I think it was made for theaters and released on Disney Plus... but whatever. This is just a really fun and cute movie. It's about Santa Claus's daughter Noelle and her brother is supposed to take over for Santa but he gets scared and runs away. It was really nice!

Next up is one I haven't actually seen before... but I might watch it in the winter... The Chronicles of Narnia. I've only seen the second movie because I had a crush on Prince Caspian as a kid... but I recently watched an episode of Prop Culture about this movie and... it made me kind of want to watch it. It might be fun to watch now during the winter.

The Santa Clause I know is a Disney Movie and I think its on Disney Plus? I think it's available for streaming... it's a fun movie. I like having it on in the backround- I don't always totally pay attention to it because the beginning makes me sad.

If you're more of a Christmas Carol Person... the funniest Christmas Carol is definitely Muppet's Christmas Carol! This is maybe the first Christmas Carol I ever watched an I would watch it all the time and listen to the soundtrack... and even still I really love the soundtrack- if you need a pick me up any time during the year... this soundtrack will make it feel like Christmas lol. I love it! I also really like Mickey's Christmas Carol. It's just so short and cute... very easy to watch!

The Toy Story movies are ones I like watching around Christmas also... even though they aren't Christmas movies- there's a Christmas scene in the first movie at the end so... yeah. Plus Toys and Christmas just go together. I feel like 2, 3 and 4 are more summer movies because that's probably when they came out... but the first one reminds me of Christmas the most and... yeah!

Tangled is one I don't watch every Christmas- but I do want to watch it this Christmas because Rapunzel is my favorite Disney Princess and it's the 10th anniversary of Tangled... and I still remember seeing it in theaters and falling in love with it! The lights remind me of Christmas and... I just love it! I usually watch the Frozen movies too- and I imagine I might watch those on Thanksgiving with my niece but... they're really good! Plus the Frozen feeling is just Christmas right?

And I'm not going to talk about this one too much because I'm going to do a whole post on it tomorrow but... The Nightmare Before Christmas. I love watching it around Halloween and I watched it a lot this Halloween... but it is a Christmas movie for sure.

Hope you guys like this blog! I can't believe we're on Day 4 already!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 3: 10 Cozy Christmas Gift Ideas

Okay so here's just a little gift guide that I think is the coziest gift guide of all! So let's get started!

1) Starbucks Cups

The Starbucks Holiday Cups this year were beautiful! I showed them off yesterday and... these are just so fun! My favorite is the Rose Gold one with the Green-ish shift. It's so pretty! I actually got a back up of it too- this one has sequins... I just love it so much!

To Up The Gift: If you want to give them a little more you could maybe include a Starbucks Gift Card or some K Cups or something... this would definitely be a cute gift!

2) Sock Advent Calendars

Okay- this is one of my favorite things to buy and I will post on 2 of these that I got soon... but this is just a fun gift that you can get someone a lot of socks based on something that they like. I've gotten a Harry Potter one in the past from Target. This year I got a Friends and an Elf one... it's cute and would be a good gift to give. Plus... socks are something I use all year long. Even Christmas socks... I love socks. I feel like the biggest sign of Adulthood is my excitement for getting new socks.

3) Sweaters with Cozy Socks/ Cozy Socks

I've been seeing these a lot... there are some really comfy sweaters at the store I work at that come with a pair of cozy socks... these are great. Really nice mock turtleneck sweaters, they're super comfy and have puffy sleeves. I just really like it a lot and the Socks just make it a little more giftable.

And also just Cozy socks in general... I wear these all the time... they're nice and warm and I usually like putting lotion on my feet and then putting a nice cozy pair of socks on... these are great!

4) Puzzles!!!

My boyfriend and I have been puzzling lately. I've actually bought quite a few 1,000 piece puzzles. These are really fun to do! With the Pandemic my boyfriend and I haven't been doing our usual date night of dinner and a movie... we just kind of do dinner and puzzling. And I think that's what it's going to be for a while! We have quite a few puzzles to keep us occupied.

5) Food

The gift of food is always amazing. I saw these big popcorn tins at Target that have 3 different flavors... I feel like this would be a great gift. I've also seen popcorn kernels that look really nice. Plus those tins and kernels sort of have sweet and savory options so everyone can have something they like. Plus there are so many other good food options to get... Food and candy is just awesome!

Another good food gift would be a gift card to a favorite local restaurant. Restaurants are struggling right now because of the pandemic and by buying gift cards it can really help them.

6) Pillows/ Blankets

Okay so I have a pillow suggestion and a blanket suggestion.

I love my Weighted Blanket that I got from Target last year on Black Friday. It helps me sleep and get a good night's sleep for sure. It's great. I think mine is about 12 pounds... really really nice.

And for the blanket I have one of those "armchair" types of pillows. Mine is from a brand called Cupcakes and Cashmere... it is so soft and fluffy and comfy. I'm using it as I write this... it's so nice!

7) Epsom Salts

Okay Epsom Salts are my favorite thing ever. I would totally recommend these as a gift... it's really nice especially if you know someone is on their feet a lot. I usually use the Dr. Teals. My favorite scents are the Lavander Sleep Epsom Salt and the Chamomille Sleep Foam Bath. These two together just smell really nice and make you feel very relaxed. Plus you can feel them working immediately... its so good. Just a simple present that I'm sure anyone will love!

And I don't know if you can get this one before Christmas... but if you're not seeing someone until after Christmas- The Mad Optimist has some really amazing Epsom Salts also. I've only tried their Eucalyptus Peppermint one- but I also just got 2 other scents and they smell really great too! I'm probably going to try one of them tonight!

8) Animal Crossing, Bugsnax, Pikman 3 Deluxe

The coziest gift of all... the joy of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This game got me through the pandemic and they keep adding more and better things to it. If you know someone with a switch and they don't have it yet... get it for them!

I'm also going to include Bugsnax... this game looks so fun! It's for the PS5 which I don't have but... it looks really cute and like a fun game. I would get it if they made it for the switch.

And Pikman 3 is a game that I want to buy. I might add it to my Christmas list or buy it before. I've never played Pikman... but it looks really fun so this is a game that I want.

9) Decor/ Ornaments

I have to say... I love ornaments. If there's one thing I'm rich in... it is Ornaments lol. I'm very big on decorating the Christmas Tree and decorating for Christmas... I really love decor.

Rae Dunn is something I think a lot of people like. You probably saw some Rae Dunn with My Christmas Decor- I like Rae Dunn for some nice holiday decor.

I also love Disney Store's decorations of corse! This is a Disney Blog kind of sort of so I have to say if you know any disney fans you can get some really cute things from The Disney Store or Shop Disney.

And as for Ornaments... Frosty Friends from the Hallmark Store is my favorite. I also like the singing snowmen from the Hallmark Store. They also have a more affordable line that had a lot of good characters... I think at my Hallmark store it was 2 for $10 or 2 for $20 or something... it wasn't too bad for Hallmark Ornaments... I just love the Hallmark store... really any time of year but Halloween and Christmas especially.

10) Entertainment! Movies, Books, TV Shows

So if there's a certain tv show that you like or that you haven't seen in a while, check Amazon and Target because I've been seeing a lot of good deals on some complete series there. I've gotten Community, Parks and Rec and Sabrina The Teenage Witch from Target and I've gotten Happy Endings and 30 Rock off of Amazon! Great shows and the prices on these aren't too bad.

As for movies- you can usually find some really great deals at Target. I usually get my mom a dvd or 2 or 3 from Target for holidays. I'm not sure what movies she wants this year... but I know she tivoed The Invisible Man and that's on sale... and I've seen that and it's really good.

And as for books... I guess it depends on what the person likes. If you're looking to give them a cute December read- One Day in December by Josie Silver would be my pick. This is cute and a lot of it takes place in December so that's great. The Plus One by Sarah Archer is another cute one I've read recently. It's about a Robotics Engineer that builds the perfect boyfriend to bring to her sister's wedding... it was really cute and has some very real characters.

If they're more into horror and mystery- I would recommend Grady Hendrix. He has some really funny and scary horror comedy books that I love.

Alright... so that is everything! I hope you guys like this!

Bye!

Cozymas Day 2: The Starbucks Holiday Cups!

One of my favorite things about the Holiday Season is Starbucks. The Chestnut Praline Latte is my favorite of any of their latte flavors... but I also really like the other flavors too! The Caramel Brulle and Peppermint Mocha are good too. Plus their treats... I kind of want to get their Sugar Plum Danish again... I haven't had that in a long time and it's yummy.

I also love the decorations in my Local Starbucks. Although I haven't really been going inside lately, something about seeing their tree and all their gifts there... there's just something so nice and cozy. Plus the red and green cups the drinks come in... so cute and fun!

My Starbucks also usually does a giving tree thing where they put items a family in need wants for Christmas that you can pick off of the tree and get for the family's... it's fun to do and it's really nice to see how many customers give to these families. It's... special.

And with all of that... this year I also really loved their Holiday Cups because Holiday Cups are amazing!

I have 5 of their cups with the straws and lids, plus one of the color changing sets for warm drinks... and I think that is everything!

Let's start with my favorite one... this one has sequins in it and it is a rose gold color that has a pretty greenish shift to it! I actually have a back up of this one too.

They did have another sequin mug too- which is a white sequin with a pinkish shift to it! This one is so pretty too!

And then I have 3 mugs with this sort of checked pattern I guess. Sort of Disco-looking- but not sequin. The first one- which I think is what I have a drink in right now is a Burgandy- Red type one. This one just looks so Chrismasy and nice! I love it!

I also have a Silver one- which I love for New Years and... pretty much any time of year really. And a Pink one. The cool thing about the pink one is that you can really see how much water you have left in it... which you can't see as well with the other ones!

Ohhh and the color changing cups! I used the Green one last night for Hot Chocolate- it's so cool because it changes red! It's great! I don't have the picture of mine... but here's a google image search...  sorry

I mostly use the cups with the straws for water... but it's more fun to drink water from a cool cup like this right?

Bye!

Cozymas Day 1: Christmas Decorations!

Hey guys! I thought I'd give you a Christmas bedroom tour of what I did this year... so far! I'm writing this before Thanksgiving- so not all my decorations are really out... I'll probably take my pictures before Thanksgiving also so... I may have changed things around- but this is mostly what I have.

Everything I've pretty much gotten from Rae Dunn, Target Dollar Spot, some Funko figures and some Disney stuffed animals and a stuffed Grinch with Max!

So right by my door I have a Rae Dunn sign that says "Santa Please Stop Here" which also has these knobs on it- so I've been using that to hang jewelry for the month. I love the red color of this with the lettering. I also have a sign with Ross and Monica and Ross is dressed as The Holiday Armadillo from the very famous friends episode- The One With The Holiday Armadillo. This makes me laugh and I just really like it.

Next up on top of my Alex Drawers I have my 10 inch Baby Yoda Funko pop... he always stays there- but I put my Elf Hat on him because... its cute. I have my 10 Inch Coca Cola Polar Bear next to Yoda. I also have some books there and on top of that I have a talking Olaf from the Olaf Christmas Movie. I have his candy cane nose on him, but he also did come with a regular carrot nose, they velcro on and off. I also have a Minnie Mouse plush from the Minnie Mouse Main Attraction line, this is from the Pirates of The Carribean one... its the only one I really wanted... I think she looks really cool.

I have a rae dunn tray by Yoda's feet and on that I have a mug from Dollar Spot that Says "Mrs. Claus Cookie Company" on it and I have that filled up with my favorite candy for the holiday... Hershey's Cherry Kisses! This is on a Rae Dunn Tray that says "Holiday" on one side and "Cheer" on the other. I also have a decorative Mason Jar that my friend DeAnna made for me years ago and I filled that with some Acorn potpourri inside. I also have a couple of ornaments that I usually fill another vase that I have with and my Mickey and Minnie Big Feet plushes from the Disney Store. I also have Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto... I think I have them all around here too? Maybe in different spots.

On top of my jewelry box I have a Rae Dunn Basket that says Merry Christmas on it and I kept my Starbucks Holiday Cups in there!

I also have a little gnome friend guarding it.

On my wall I have a Sleigh I got from Target Dollar Spot this year... I think I'm going to write some christmasy saying on there or draw something on it- it's a chalk board. I put some Jingle Bells that I got on sale after Christmas last year too.

On my Bed... I do have a Christmas Blanket- but I forget where I put it- I'll have to look for it.

But anyway I have my Mickey and Minnie Plush and the matching Pillow from that Mrs. Clause's Cookie Company line. I also have a Grinch Plush- I'm probably going to move the Grinch but I'm not sure where.

And now to my Desk! I have 3 of the Funko Pop Towns from their Peppermint Lane line. I have the Christmas Tree and Town Hall, I think The Tree's name is Mayor Patty Noble. I also have Santa Clause in his house with his Corgi Nutmeg... and then a Diner... I think the character to go with this is Alice Cranberry? I forget but it's really cute. I got the little decorative tree branches from AC Moore during the Going Out Of Business Sale. RIP AC Moore. Anyway I also have my Funko Pops from The Grinch here too, I have Max with Antlers, The Grinch and Little Cindy Lou Who. And I have my Christmas Dwight Pops with my other Office Pops- and I have Santa and Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas on my desk. And the big jar on top of my desk- right now it's filled with the same potpourri that I used in the mason Jar and some pumpkins... but I might switch it out for ornaments that I got from Target and Dollar Tree... but I like this too.

And I think that is everything right now. I have some pumpkins on my desk right now too that I'll probably change... and I think that is everything!

Ohhh and I have a little sleigh near my door and an Elf Stocking from Elf The Musical. I have a stuffed Buddy The Elf from Elf The Musical also... ohhh and a Santa stitch plush. AND I ALSO FORGOT my Harry Potter Christmas Funko Pops! I switched out some of the Harry Potter pops I have for the holiday versions. Right now I have Harry, Hermione and Dumbledore and I want to get Ron and Hagrid also.

Ohhh and I have The Joker as Jack Frost next to Elsa riding her "Ice Nay" As my niece used to call the Ice Horse. Lol.

That is everything I think. I hope you guys like this tour! If I have anything new- I might show you guys in another post!

Bye!

PS some of the pictures are out of order... but I need to post this now before work. Bye! Lol.
